Blogger socializing & Blogchalking
There's this whole thing of blogger-socializing going on:

:: there's blog.meetup.com - unfortunately only one blogger currently in Rotterdam (me...)

:: some brazilian guy has come up with "Blogchalking" (see mine just below) ... the idea is good enough - allowing searches for neighbourhood blogs by having all bloggers insert this little "blogchalk" into their blog and in the META-tag keywords. Some time in the future, if you search google for "blogchalk netherlands rotterdam" or similar - you might just come across yours truly :-)
