Hollywood has even picked up on the trend, producing Signs, (by Sixth Sense director M. Night Shyamalan, starring Mel Gibson)...
I wrote about crop circles before, and haven't changed my mind: yes - they are wonderful to look at, no - they aren't likely to be of alien origin.
In this article, Tim Herby quotes John Lundberg, a circle-maker: "the art of circle making lies in being able to construct something that many people believe to be beyond human endeavor." .. which probably sums it up: The crop circle-makers are human artists with a certain additional appeal to UFO-fanatics etc.

I think there are both kinds of circles. Man-made and nature-made.
