Cellular phones and cancer

According to Itavisen.no (in Norwegian), radiation from cellular telephones does not induce cancer in rats. Surely, this is not an authorative answer, nor can it have studied truly long-term effects of the radiation we surround us with in our modern day to day lives... Some background information about the study has been published in the original announcement of the research grant in Washington University Medical News.

There's also an article called Cellular Telephones and the Potential Hazards of RF Radiation: Responses to the Fear and Controversy published in Virginia Journal of Law & Technology.
