Historical day today. We were playing nine holes at Victoria Golf Club with the lads and I hit my first birdie ever on hole 7 (I used 2 strokes on a par 3!)! :-) ... very happy with that (obviously)...
I thought I'd leave a link for the non-golfers to find out what a "birdie" is, but actually searching google for "what is a birdie?" didn't yield very satisfactory results, so here's a short explanation:
Shooting a "birdie" means using one stroke less than the "par" of a hole on a golf course. The "par" is the amount of strokes it should take for a professional (with handicap zero) to complete the hole.
Congrats! Just dropped by as I'm contemplating installing MT.
Have you had any since ;-)
