Corporate weblog policies

A number of people at Groove are writing blogs, and this has lead to the creation of a very sensible set of Personal Website and Weblog Guidelines.

The guidelines seem very reasonable, and I think more companies should take notice of employee's weblog activities and encourage rather than prohibit it, as long as the expressed views are in line with for example the abovementioned policy (or a similar one...)
