I am really interested to see the cartoon since you have gave me a very appealling description: design vs user requirements vs development. However, I cannot access the page since it report DNS Error. I am not sure if I am the only person who cannot view it.

Thanks for checking for me. Your guess is prove to be true. The site uoregon.com is blocked. I don't know why a university web site is also blocked. It is really bad.
