Evan Nisselson on Wireless Camera phones in the Photography Industry

In the article Why Will Wireless Camera phones Revolutionize the Photography Industry by Evan Nisselson he not only gives practical examples but also insight into how the proliferation of wireless digital cameras will make photo journalism more instantaneous - moving from newspaper-style, deliberated pictures to CNN-style "live" photography. An interesting read indeed.

I have only recently started playing with the combination of my digital camera and my blog (having had the two co-exist but not "hooked up" for about a year). Seeing how this can become even more instantaneous leads us over to "moblogging" - mobile weblogging - and instant streams of "visual consciousness" transmitted online. Wicked. The Future (tm) is Near :-)
