I have an interesting problem:

I added an entry to this blog with one primary category and two secondary categories. After saving the entry, I started a "Rebuild Site" process, noticed that the new entry hadn't registered the primary category correctly (it still said "Select a category"); I set the category again and then saved the entry, only to notice that none of my entries had primary categories any more...

I'm using MT 2.21 (YES, I will upgrade. In fact I will upgrade as soon as this issue is out of the way).

I'm not using MySQL or anything fancy, just the good old filesystem :-)

Any advice mostly appreciated -- are my entries' categories out there, or do I need to sit down and give them all a category again?
