TV Brick #2

My post about the TV Brick made it to Slashdot, and one of the primary comments there relates to the marketing of the TVBrick: only Japanese people in France...?

According to this article, which quotes Wall Street Journal, the initial production is limited to 1000 units, and to avoid getting into legal problems, Nexedi-head Jean-Paul Smets-Solanes wants to introduce the product carefully and in these geographies only for now -- clearly avoiding the US (as the TV Brick probably is in violation of the DMCA)...
