We're now running MT 3.11

This site is now running Movable Type 3.11 with improved MT Blacklist protection, which means commenting is now opening again.

Credit to Heiko for the marketing effort.

Eliot: tried & failed to install MT 3.11 or to comment on my site?

Seems like the interaction between MT 3.11 and the new MT Blacklist means the majority if not all of new comments go through comment moderation & de-duplication. I'm investigating.

Yeah, I tried and failed commenting. My blogs are all WordPress now. :)
