Teen user search engines?

One of the interesting finds when analyzing my recent visitors' search keywords, was a rapid growth in what I guess can be labelled "teen grammar".

The mobile phone tumbing "SMS generation" actually expect to find an answer if they google for

how much weight do u lose being bulimic
how u create new email account in google
what are u looking for in a robot
where do u find sites about [...]
can u die from [...]

No, really - those are real searches!

I suppose it doesn't help that UK has seen the rise of brands like "PHONES4U" etc, but seriously: has online users' grammar gotten so bad that Google et al now need to set "u" and "you" equal for the younger generations to find their target content?

I blame the fast-food baked potato chain 'spud-u-like', which was around years before PHONES4U and SMS texting were even dreamt of, with the first outlet opening in Scotland in 1974. Perhaps we should form GEEK (Geeks Excellent English Kampaign) and boycott baked potato shops?
