Skype for small and medium sized businesses - SkypeGroups

Skype has just released 'Skype Groups' - a way for a small businesses, NGOs, families etc to administer their Skype costs: one central administrator can pay in a larger amount to the Skype Group, and participants in the group can then be assigned amounts and premium services (SkypeIn, voicemail etc) when necessary; not having to worry about payments by credit cards etc.

The perfect way for parents to sponsor (& monitor?) kids' phone bills? Make the internet easier to use for grandma? Central billing for small companies & organizations? Definitely a feature that can be used by many, but probably not scaleable enough for Big Business...
